Recovery can feel overwhelming, especially when past attempts haven’t worked or trust has been strained.
We believe care should feel structured, calm, and respectful—not cold or intimidating. At KAV Recovery, people are supported without being micromanaged, and families are respected without being shut out. Our goal is stability, dignity, and forward progress—for everyone involved.
At KavCares, we believe care should be compassionate, accessible, and centered around the whole person. Our team provides support for individuals and families navigating addiction treatment, mental health care, and primary care, helping each person feel seen, heard, and supported.
Through integrated services and a people-first approach, we make it easier to get the right care at the right time. Whether someone is beginning their recovery journey, managing ongoing health needs, or looking for trusted guidance, KavCares is here to help every step of the way.

Our recovery house at 1926 Clarion Avenue is located in the heart of Cincinnati, offering a peaceful and supportive environment for those on their recovery journey.
Situated in a pleasant neighborhood, the house provides easy access to local resources and public transportation, ensuring residents have the support they need to focus on healing and personal growth.

Our programs are designed for adults who want recovery but still need structure, accountability, and professional support.
This includes individuals who are:
Early in recovery
Transitioning from inpatient, PHP, or IOP care
Struggling to maintain sobriety on their own
Living with co-occurring mental health concerns
We combine evidence-based clinical care with real-world recovery support, focusing on long-term stability rather than short-term fixes.
Support may include:
When appropriate, families are kept informed and involved while respecting adult boundaries and privacy.
Families often tell us they feel relief knowing:
Their loved one is in a safe, structured environment
Expectations are clear and consistently enforced
Care is overseen by professionals
They have a point of contact for questions and guidance
You’re not expected to carry this alone.

Daily life at KAV is calm, structured, and focused on growth. Residents participate in therapy, follow recovery-focused routines, and rebuild life skills within a sober, supportive environment.
People are challenged to change—but never shamed. Many clients and families tell us this is the first place that felt both firm and genuinely caring.
KAV Health Group provides compassionate, whole-person healthcare that brings addiction treatment, mental health services, and primary care together in one trusted place. Our patient-centered approach helps individuals and families access the support they need to heal, recover, and move forward with confidence.
